Customized Order

May I sell my design with CASELISM?

Sure thing. CASELISM is happy to promote your creation with our product and network. Please contact our customer service for detail.

How long it takes for customised order?

Customized order normally take up to 3 business days to dispatch. In our peak season, order may take up to 7 business days to dispatch.

What product is availabe for customization?

CASELISM currently offers Full Customization on our Original Clear Case series and a Name Customization on our Ultra Thin Case series. 

What should I do if I want to change the design of customized product?

Please contact our customer service immediately if you would like to change the design. In case the product is being produced, an extra restocking fee of 50% of the product will be charged.

How do i customize my product?

You may visit our customization page (http://www.caselism.com/products/design) for Full Customization Clear Case and our Ultra Thin Case product page (https://www.caselism.com/products/ultrathincase) to start creating your unique product. 

Am I able to upload my own design or photo for customization?

Sure you do.

Our customization system supports mainstream graphic file type including .jpg , .jpeg, .gif and .png format. You may also use your IG/ Facebook picture directly.

Our customer service may contact you in case the photo/graphic uploaded has low resolution which may result in poor printing quality.

Am I able to upload designs/ graphics that is not from myself for customization?

We do not recommend to use designs or graphics that is not owned by yourself. CASELISM reserves all rights to reject any designs/ graphics that infringes intellectual property rights or proprietary right, or contains any pornographic material, profanity language, threats or material which incites aggression towards individuals or entities and/or spreading violence/hatred.

About Express Shipping

Express shipping is provided by our selected express carrier with detailed tracking. Carrier may varies for orders from different countries and estimated delivery time to be 3-5 Business Days.

Ordering

How do I know my order is placed successfully?

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 15mins after you placed your order. Your order is placed successfully if you received the confirmation email.

How do I change my order?

Please contact with us immediately if you would like to change your order. Order will be dispached in 24 hours in business days. Any change to the order made after 24 hours may subject to extra charge on shipping and delay.

What if I don't receive any confirmation email after I placed the order?

Your confirmation email may fall into junk mail. Please check your junk mail mailbox. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service and we will confirm with you whether the order is placed successfully.

What payment methods do CASELISM accept?

CASELISM support all major credit card (VISA, Master, American Express) and PayPal as payment.

How do I contact CASELISM?

The best way to contact us is to use the Contact Us tab in our webpage. Our customer service will reply your enquiry within 24hours in normal business days.

Contact via Instagram and Facebook on ordering enquiries is not recommended.

How protective is CASELISM cases?

Protection depends on the product series.

Our Original Clear Case series provide well balance of protection and comfort providing high degree of protection while maintaining original deisgn of the phone.

Our Ultra Thin Case series designed for customers who do not want to scratch their phone and look for a case as thin as it can be.

Phone case is not a 100% gaurantee to protect your phone in any circumstance so please use your phone in caution.

Is it hard to install the screen protector by myself?

Is the lens protector easy to install?

The lens protector fits the phone camera lens precisely. Simply put on the protectors and you are ready to go.

Will the clear phone case turn yellow easily?

Our clear phone case are made from high quality TPU material to ensure its durability and protectivity. TPU may turn yellow when exposed to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals. The level of yellowing completely depends on using habits and the environments in which the phone case is used. We have selected the best quality raw material to prolong the aging process.

Does CASELISM accept bulk order?

CASELISM welcomes bulk order. Please contact our customer service for details.

Shipping And Delivery

Does CASELISM ship internationally?

We welcome customers from across the world. In case your country is not supported in our system, please contact our cusotmer service and we will create the order for you with individual shipping quote.

How long does it takes for my order to ship?

All non-customized order will be shipped in 2 business days. Customized order will be shipped in 3 - 7 business days.

If your order consist of both customized and non- customized products, dispatch time will follow whichever longer.

What shipping option(s) do CASELISM offer?

CASELISM shipping offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping option.

Expected delivery time varies across countries and will be displayed during checkout.

About Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is provided by postal express service. Tracking is limited and may not reflect the actual status of the package.

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email upon dispatch. The shipping confirmation contains carrier info, delivery detail and tracking number.

Is Custom Duty/ Tax included in the shipping I paid?

Custom Duty / Tax is NOT included in the shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by your local custom office. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
