Refund and Returns
Before placing your order, please check the model of your Caselism case and make sure that it corresponds with the phone for which it is intended.
Each Caselism product undergoes close inspection before leaving our warehouse, but they could still be damaged on their way to you. If your Caselism product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us with a photo of the kit in question as soon as possible. Further instructions will be given by our customer service team, and exchange will be arranged once the returned product has reached our warehouse.
We understand sometimes you may change your mind after receiving the product. Therefore we accept return within 7 days after you received your product. Return request must be sent to email@example.com within 7 days after you received your product ( base on package delivery date provided by tracking detail). Product must be unopened in order to qualify for refund. Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Our team will inspect the product before refund being processed. All refund request after 7 days will not be accepted.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT RETURN
Since customized product are tailor made to you, so they are not qualified for 100% refund. A 50% fee will be charged for any refund on customized product.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOM DUTY
Shipping and paid custom duty are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
FORM OF REFUND
Refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Actual fund arrival are subject to your form of payment and bank involved and may take up to 4 weeks to fully processed.
