Shipping, Return and Exchange

Before placing your order, please check the model of your Caselism case and make sure that it corresponds with the phone for which it is intended.

Shipping Time

All orders will dispatch within 2 Business Days. Delivery time varies depends on the form of shipping you chose.

Damaged / Defected Products

Each Caselism product undergoes close inspection before leaving our warehouse, but they could still be damaged on their way to you. If your Caselism product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us with a photo of the kit in question as soon as possible. Further instructions will be given by our customer service team, and exchange will be arranged once the returned product has reached our warehouse.

Product Return
我們理解有時您在收到產品後可能會改變主意。 因此,我們接受您收到產品後 7 天內的退貨。
 
退貨請求必須在收到產品後 7 天內發送至 info@caselism.com(基於追蹤詳細資訊提供的包裹遞送日期)。
 
客戶負責退貨運費,已支付的運費不可退還。 建議採用帶追蹤的運輸方式,Caselism 對退貨過程中的任何遺失/損壞不承擔任何責任。
 
收到產品後將退款。 實際資金到帳時間將取決於所涉及的金融機構,從 2 至 4 週不等。
Shipping and Custom Duty

Custom duty/ Tax is not included in the price paid during checkout.

Shipping fee and paid custom duty are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Form of Refund

Refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. Actual fund arrival are subject to your form of payment and bank involved and may take up to 4 weeks to be fully processed.
