Damaged/ Defected Product
Each Caselism product undergoes close inspection before leaving our warehouse, but they could still be damaged on their way to you.
If your Caselism product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us with photo(s) of the damaged/defected product. Further instructions will be given by our customer service team.
All damaged/ Defects products reported after the 7 day period will be considered under our 6 month warranty terms.
Replacement on damaged/ defected product will be limited to same style and same model.
Product Exchange
Have different thoughts on the color or style after receiving the product(s)? No worry we have you covered.
Please contact our customer service at info@caselism.com and we will arrange exchange for your product(s).
Customer will be responsible for shipping back the product to Caselism and shipping related fees for the new product(s).
No Question Return
We understand sometimes you may change your mind after receiving the product(s). Therefore we accept return within 7 days after you received your product.
Return request must be sent to info@caselism.com within 7 days after you received your product (base on package delivery date provided by tracking detail).
Customer is responsible for the returning shipping and shipping paid is not refundable. Shipping method with tracking is recommended and Caselism will not be responsible for any lost/ damage during returning process.
Refund will be issued once the product is received. Actual fund arrival time will be depends on financial institutes involved ranging from 2 - 4 weeks.
6 Months Warranty Program
Caselism understands nothing is more important than products' quality. We are confident in our products to deliver the best experience for you.
Each orders may enjoy a one time 6 month warranty exchange base on the terms below:
Warranty coverage
Caselism warranty does not apply to:
- Any deterioration, scratches, printing peel off or other defects in similar nature resulting from normal aging, natural wear-and-tear, abuse or improper use
- Any damages caused by accidents
- Lost or stolen items
- Any device other than Caselism products
Warranty Replacement
The replacement can only be the same style and model as your damaged product(s).
In case the product(s) is dis-continued or unavailable, Caselism will arrange product(s) of its similar.
Claiming Process
Please contact our customer service at info@caselism.com with picture of the damaged product(s), our team will open a case for you and give you further instructions.
